You have to enter a directory that's served by your Apache or Nginx webserver for the domain you want the cert for. Annoyingly, Let's Encrypt can't connect to the Webmin port (10000) for validation. We often have the actual server name as the name of our webmin installation, and then any number of virtual "real" web servers/sites on the same server.
