du (this is how I actually narrowed on it)
This is after manual purging of nonexistent v'min accounts:

# du -ms * | sort -nr | head
100     virtual-server
61      system-status
1       xinetd
1       wuftpd
1       webminlog
1       webmincron
1       webmin
1       webalizer
1       vgetty
1       usermin
