[webmin-l] Strange happenings

OK, I have been having connection issues with Virtualmin. I was working on a Virtual server, made some changes, and VM went though updating everything and then it stated restarting webmin but it didn't. So I issue the command to start it at the command line; if I am using the correct command. Still no go. There has been times when I would get a pop-up that connection lost and then it would be OK. The server is fine, I can shell in and work so this is a webmin issue. At the moment I can't load Virtualmin to finish the work; the browser reports unable to connect.
