[webmin-l] Huge difference between sourceforge release and github release

Hello,

The code of webmin is hosted at github.

But when you go to www.webmin.com the downloads are linked to sourceforge.

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/webadmin/webmin-1.910.tar.gz

But I also see that releases are made on github too.

https://github.com/webmin/webmin/releases

There is huge difference in tar.gz downloaded from github and from 
sourceforge.

Some files exist only in github release and some files exist only in 
sourceforge release.

Github release seem to be smaller in size but seems to have more modules.

Can someone shed the light on what exactly is different and which would 
be right one for packaging?

Which one is really official and complete?
