OK, I found the problem.  When changes were made to the nginx module
config, it did not include the new sites-enabled in the nginx.conf
file.  Once I manually edited the file and included the following:

include /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/*.conf;

the virtual websites showed up in the module.  I think all is good now
and I can precede.  Thanks again for all the help.
