[webmin-l] Virtualmin Install Removing PHP version?

I set up a new server and before I install Virutalmin I install certain
things that I want on the server, my version of Postfix, my version of
Dovecot, my version of MariaDB and my version of PHP.  Then I install
Virtualmin.  One of the things I want is to install php 5.6.40 before I
install Virtualmin.

Now, after I get the server set up and run the configuration check, I
don't see php 5.6.40 listed; I don't see it listed under the server
templates.  Does Virtualmin remove php versions when it is installed? 
If so, why?  Is it because php has to be installed in a certain
manner/location for Virtualmin?
