I can kick this can down the road a bit because I can copy the certs
from the old server to the new server.  However, I think this issue
should be near or at the top of the list of things to do because many
thousands, millions, of Virtualmin users are facing not being able to
renew their ssl certs.  Let's Encrypt is already now at this time
blocking renewals.
