[webmin-l] FTP monitor with $ in password string

I needed to add an FTP-type monitor to Webmin today, which I haven't 
played with before.

I'm, however, running into somewhat of a snag. The password contains a 
$, which seems to fubar the check.

If I use the same credentials from CLI, it works, but not in Webmin.
