[webmin-l] process.exe on Windows

Hello,
I am trying to install Webmin on Windows Server 2016 (having it installed on some CentOSes)

Currently I am in this state (see below), but don´t have the utility process.exe , as it is commonly marked as malware and not available.
What do you suggest please?
