[webmin-l] How to reapply letsencrypt certifcate from ssh?

Hi Team,
My website has just gone through pentest hardening. As a result I cannot 
get a FF exception to my
Webmin console because the SSL cert has run out.

Slightly baffled why certbot didn't renew the appropriate cert but thats 
a slightly less urgent question!

Can anyone tell me how to run command line solution to reload webmins 
brains please? (Appreciate is a load of clever perl programs)

I DO have ssh access
