 Webmin should already handle the different names for master/primary and secondary/slave zone names, unless there's a bug.
What goes wrong exactly when you try to add a zone?

 lsAdd a domain as a =E2=80=9CSlave=E2=80=9D fails. Not unexpected, as those folders aren=E2=80=99t there anymore. But anyway, figured I would point it out, since I know you have nothing else
