Webmin 1.170 pre-release now available

Hi Webmin developers and translators,

Webmin 1.170 will be coming out in a day or two, so I have created a 1.169 
development pre-release for interested people to test before the 
official 1.170 version comes out. Translators should also take a look 
at this version to find any new strings that need conversion.

You can get the 1.169 version from :

The biggest new features in this version are the addition of the Bandwith
Monitoring, Backup Configuration Files and Cluster Copy modules, support for
selecting specific tables to backup in the MySQL and PostgreSQL modules, 
quota notification emails, timezone editing, and SuSE 9.x network configuration
support.

Usermin 1.100 will also be available soon, and so I have created a 
corresponding 1.099 pre-release for testing and translation. You can
