Well just test it :-)

wbmtranslator encodes 8bit to 7bit-numbered entities when saving the 
file according to the codec of language which is stored in 
wbmtranslator. If the encoding is wrong please refer to

who is the maintainer of wbmtranslator and who will happily being able 
to fix wbmtranslator. I have CCed him on this as well.

If you can deliver patches to wbmtranslator you can send them to him or 
me and either one will deploy them to the source of wbmtranslator.
