Well just test it :-) wbmtranslator encodes 8bit to 7bit-numbered entities when saving the file according to the codec of language which is stored in wbmtranslator. If the encoding is wrong please refer to esaracco-DauJf1JONWqsNvktGpudNkzJuN3thUTVpN19OZyodxs@public.gmane.org who is the maintainer of wbmtranslator and who will happily being able to fix wbmtranslator. I have CCed him on this as well.
