I believe so. It's been a while, though.

The litmus test is probably removing one of the applications, installing 
your new app and testing again. If it works with the new app, you're 
definitely hitting the 16 app limit.

I never deployed on FreeBSD, so perhaps There Be Dragons. Linux/x86 I've 
successfully deployed over 16 apps on one box. What distro?
