Yes, I believe so.

If you look in JavaMonitor when the app is running you should see which 
setting is being applied.

Look in the Applications Tab, Select Detail View, then click Config,  
Below the parameter setting boxes you should see
	With the current settings, this instance will be started with the 
following arguments:
