I have a copy of a mail from someone at Apple that says that the new  
5.3.x license that is out or coming out basically says to copy your  
dev license to whatever deployment platform you need...  Basically  
you are allowed to deploy anywhere you want.  You should get a copy  
of the latest license (not sure if it is out yet though) and have  
your lawyer review it.
