Since the original question didn't mention what version of WOF was  
being used,
it worth pointing out that the version of rawRowsForSQL which accepts  
the additional
array of keys was introduced in WOF 5.2.2.

(I was bitten by this a few months ago when a client was using WOF 5.1)

Prior to that, mapping the keys in the raw dictionary was required.
