  It shouldn't be a problem, because all of that is in Foundation,  
not WO itself.

  Unless:

    1. You haven't been patching your WO 4.5 installation to keep  
current with Tiger.
    2. You're not on MacOSX.

   If either of those are true, yeah, you might have problems.
