No Output Logs ?

Hi -

we have moved some applications from a jaguar server to a panther 
server and now we don't get any output logs. assuming nothing has 
changed i thought it was a permissions problem on the directory we were 
directing the output, but i can't see that any are wrong. any ideas ?
