ANN - VptMSSQLPlugin version 1.1 released

Updated in this release:
* Cleanup of Expression class. Many kudos to Carl Lindberg.
* SyncronizationFactory class now inherits from the 
MicrosoftSynchronizationFactory.
* Cleaned up comments and documentation

I have released this Java EOF plug-in to work around performance 
problems in the way Microsoft's SQL server handles parameterised JDBC 
prepared statements and does _not_ optimise them properly. This has not 
been thoroughly tested, so any feedback would be welcome.

Currently works with WO 5.2.1, but should be able to re-compile for 
earlier versions of WO back to 5.1 and 'forward' compiled to 5.2.2 on 
XCode (??? not tested) and others that include the MicrosoftPlugIn. 
Many thanks to those on the list who have given their advice regarding 
this.

Requires Microsoft SQL Server 2000 SP3a and Microsoft JDBC Driver for 
SQL 2000 SP2.
