Thanks, for the pid script, Christian.  I knew that was possible, 
somehow.  I'm still quite flummoxed at the missing process names in ps 
and files in lsof, though.

We're going to try upgrading to 10.3.2 Server... At least I'll get a 
working ps  :-)
