Troubles with Deployment (WO5.1.3, W2K, IIS, ISAPI)

I've got big troubles with the deployment under W2K and ISAPI.
 
I read all the docu about deployment (several times) and started to
play around
with Multicast, Hostlists, WOAdaptorInfo etc., etc,
 
http://myServer:1085 (works)
http://myServer/scripts/WebObjects.dll/WOAdaptorInfo (does not work !)
 
CONF_URL = http://myServer:1085
 
etc.
etc.
 
When doing changes, I also restart the IIS and wotaskd.
 
For WOAdaptorInfo and http://myServer/scripts/WebObjects.dll/myApp I
receive:
The requested application was not found on this server 
 
The badest thing is, any change of CONF_URL etc. seems not to change
anything to ISAPI !!!!
Always the same behaviour...
 
I can conntect to http://myServer:2001/myApp, this is working.
 
Where to start to debug ?
Even WEBOBJECTS_OPTIONS is not working !! No debug output at all !
(But I'm not shure this is already possible with 5.1, maybe only with
5.2 ?)
