Thanks for recommending the ProjectWonder adaptor.  I had looked at that
this past fall and had forgotten about it.  I just installed their
adaptor and it's been running for about 15 minutes without a segfault.
Everything that caused the error before has not caused it to segfault, yet.
I'm going to keep an eye on it for the rest of the afternoon, but so far
it looks like it fixed it.
