XCode 2.2, WebObjects, pbdevelopment.plist problem

hello,

i have updated my development machine to xcode 2.2.1, webobjects 5.3.1.
when i build my frameworks the pbdevelopment.plist does not contain  
the right path.
at the end the .xcodeproj is missing.
wobuilder does not find any bindings coming from framework components  
caused by this wrong path.

is there a way to fix this?
