Very interresting Server Error. Channel not found

I have 2 Applications run on the WO Server, both use a MS-SQL server.

One of the Applications does this transaction:

1. sends INSERT xxx  command to DB.
2. a Trigger cant execute the Command.
3. something happens // This is what i dont know.
4. WO tries to rollback the INSERT, which doesnt exist.
5. An error happens. WO : Cant rollback.

Result: Every WO Application uses DB crashes.

Anybody knows the reason for that?
