Flat file subversion EOF adaptor

I have a requirement to be able to same object as xml files in a  
subversion repository. Does anyone know of some similar thing? I was  
going to use the subversion native java API from subclipse and create  
a EOF adaptor. I am checking if anyone has done it before, no need to  
reinvent the wheel.
