Job Opportunity - Birmingham, UK

2+ years WebObjects/Java and XML experience. Working in a small team  
developing travel management applications, initially you will be  
working on XML integration with external reservation systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical design, build and implementation of new tools working  
either as part of a team or as an individual.
- Researching and investigating requirements and appropriate  
technologies for new internal development projects.
- Maintenance of existing tools written in WebObjects.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Considerable experience programming with Java, HTML and XML with  
WebObjects.
- Good software engineering skills - writing clean, modular code with  
good API documentation.
- Good knowledge of source control practice and tools.
- Good knowledge of issue tracking and change management.
- Familiarity with MySQL, JBoss and Mac OS X Server administration.
- Exposure to Open Travel Alliance, or other travel-related XML  
specifications would be key benefit.
