As far as I have been able to tell, this is some kind of bug in the  
WebServicesAssistant.  You may be able to create new projects that  
use WSA after rebooting if they do not use the same model(s).  I have  
dug way deeper into this that I probably should have and have not  
been able to figure out where the bug is.  In the end, I ended up  
editing everything, especially the d2w model by hand.

As for what is happening, the server side of the D2WS system is  
reading in all your eomodels from all your frameworks and streaming  
everything over the wire as text and the WSA is creating a single  
merged model in memory from the data on the fly.  Somehow, at a  
certain level of complexity, this concept breaks down.  certainly if  
you are doing anything fancy, like modifying the model information on  
the fly in your application, this is likely to fail on one way or  
another.
