WO startup script - JavaMonitor starts, app starts, but JM doesn't see app

I've nearly finished a startup script for wotaskd, JavaMonitor, and my
WO app on a linux box. Everything seems to start up fine with one
exception - JavaMonitor doesn't see my WO app. I know the app is
running because I can get to it over the web.

Any ideas on how to correct this problem?
