Deployment to Red Hat Linux 4.0

I have some questions, about these environment.
My Only expertise is Deployment on the Mac, but I have a customer  
that just required me to develop a small app, but deploy on this Linux,
He has MySQL 5, Apache 2, he does not know if JBoss is installed. I  
use the latest WO, and Java 1.4.1

1-Are there any known problems with this settings?
2-Is JBoss part of the standard installation?
3-Any recommendations to do the deployment, or is there a guide on  
the net, to Help?
4-An estimated time line of setting the app running, after it is  
debugged on a mac with developer WO.
  (That is i will run on a mac on developer mode) until the app  
passes QA.)
