Video and encoding services.
We specialize in streaming media solutions for live, on-demand and
high quality encoding of training events.
Another service of ours is to deliver high performance and volume
video hosting with our international partners over the biggest content
delivery networks of the world.

Beside the production of streaming video content we develop web
applications for our customers, that focus on streaming video as a
main communication tool. For our rising demand and challenging
projects we built custom tailored and powerful communication platforms
and looking for skilled staff.

Available position: Java / WebObjects developer, software developer

Applications and database development.

job location: Zurich

Your task within the software development team

- engineering, further development and service of web based
applications and components written in Java / Apple Webobjects and PHP
- Monitoring, Enhancement and Logging from existing PHP and WebObjects
Application with custom built log parsing and shell scripting modules.
- design and further development of database models and modules

Your profile:

- fundamental experienced in the development of Java based web applications.
- experience with WebObjects or a similar technology, such as JSP or
Java Web Services
- knowledge of software architecture within the Mac OS X and the
WebObjects environment, like the WebObjects Builder and the Enterprise
Objects Modeler.

- as well as many of the following experiences and fundamental
knowledge with technologies like:
CSS, PHP, XML, Javascript, MySQL-Server, Mac OS X and Mac OS X server,
Unix Shell Scripting

You probably have studied informatics and/ or have deep knowledge in
web software development.
Your are a highly motivated and a social competently person with the
ability to self responsible and goal oriented working style.
Your pragmatic and structured work delivers in time.

This is also useful for your job application:

- experience with multimedia applications, video encoding and digital
imaging, DHTML, Flash Scripting
- Language skills: God spoken and written english and/ or German language skills
