WO 5.3+ on Windows

Yes, this was recently confirmed by Apple again that deployment is
indeed free for WO5.3+:

If you don't want to deploy it as a servlet, there are instructions
for WO 5.2 here..

Someone volunteered to update the instructions for WO 5.3, don't know
the status...thanks to anyone updating the Wiki with 5.3 instructions.

Also some links on that page for servlet deployment instructions, this
might be easier on other platforms.
