It's been over two years in the making and now 4.0 is ready to go.

WireHose Server 4.0 is now free to download and use. License keys are  
no longer required, and there are no developer workstation  
performance limits.

localization or dynamic layouts to your WebObjects application, give  
WireHose a try.

If you've looked at WireHose before, take another look. Most of the  
layout support framework is now available as sample code, so it's  
easier than ever to get your project up to speed. And the new  
WHEOCache class is pretty sweet. Big chunks of WireHose have been  
rewritten to use it.
