I've seen this sometimes.  I think it has to do with not having an  
appropriate reverse lookup in your DNS.  I have the wotaskd and  
javamonitor running on a FreeBSD machine and some WO apps on Solaris  
10/86 and some on FreeBSD and sometimes I see this with that setup.   
Check that the host  names are all kosher and that the reverse lookup  
for each works and is the same name.

(just guessing but that seems to have been the issue in my case from  
circumstantial evidence :-)
