Frameworks Question

Hi All

I know this probably sounds a stupid question but I have never  
covered using Frameworks as part of a project other than the default  
added during project creation.

I am using WO5.2..3 and wanted to know how components as part of  
Frameworks can be used in a project.

For example there is the LEWOStuff.framework or others that I come  
across and know to install in the Frameworks directory and add  
framework to a project but how to do I utilize the components  
available...

Obviously code can be just used when I import the package but  
components????

I hope this is not too basic but I could not find any documentation  
about this anywhere - maybe i used the wrong key words to search!!
