Query on WOFileUpload Component

Hi,

   I am using WOFileUpload component, by default it shows a button with text
"Choose File" 

   Question:

  1. Is it possible to change the text being displayed to something else?.
  2. Formatting of the button (like we make it shown as a normal HTML
button) being shown is possible?
