Setting the TimeZone

Hi All,

       Wanted to know whether is it possible to set the time-zone of Web
objects server to say PDT while start up?

       So that creating a object of NSTimestamp will return me the PDT time
instead of the time of the system/host/machine timestamp on which the web
objects server is running.

        I am asked to change the display of time from GMT to PDT, for which
I am supposed to change in many places in many file, so thought of instead
changing it in all the places/files if we could set the time zone of the web
objects server to PDT, then the creation of the object of NSTimestamp would
return me PDT time.
        
        I am not sure whether it is possible or not.
        If it is possible please let me know how to set the time zone on
start up of the web objects server.
