Additional info:
- Solaris 10 servers
- Webserver and app server are physically separate machines (setup as  
Figure 3-3 in http://developer.apple.com/documentation/WebObjects/Deployment/Deploying_Applications/WebObjectsAdaptors/chapter_4_section_2.html#/ 
/apple_ref/doc/uid/TP30000062-BBCGIBCI)
- New app server is in a zone (of course WO 5.4)
- Adaptor on web server is WO 5.3 (?)
- App server running Java Monitor is WO 5.2
