How can I cast a NSMutableDictionary to a EOEnterpriseObject

How can I cast a NSMutableDictionary to a EOEnterpriseObject, since I want to display the elements fetched from the database by using WORepetition.

And what else methods can I use to search something in the database , whether EOUtilities.rawRowsForSQL  is a preferred method?
