Split-install sample code for testing WO5.3.3 deployment environment

Hello, I am new in wo. Just installed WO 5.3.3 on solaris 10 with apache 2.0. Thanks to http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/display/WO/Programming__WebObjects-Web+Applications-Deployment-Solaris+WO5.3.3, everything seems working - wotaskd and javamonitor are working and apache2.0 adaptor compiled fine. Could not find a correct sample code of a simple wo webapplication to test if the apache and the adaptor works all right. Could anyone help? Thanks.
