Installation MACOSX

Hello all; I have been working with WebObjects 5.2 development on Windows. I want to on Mac OSX now. I installed development system there but am encountering the following problem: When I open up a project (or even create a new project) the system does not open the main window for the project; so, of course, I can do no work. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what is going wrong? Have I made a mistake during installation? Looking forward to your replies.
