Just right now I re-installed WOLips37 (from here: http://jenkins.wocommunity.org/job/WOLips37Stable/lastSuccessfulBuild/artif= act/temp/dist/, of course) and there's nothing to do: it doesn't work. It is impossible to switch views from component editor. I could try to fix this problem by myself, if only I learn how to install this plugin from releases on github. > > So I decided (thanks to Q' suggestion) to install WOLips38, but there's > no Eclipse update site for this version. > > > > Question remains always the same: how can I learn to install WOLips38 > from github source? > > You don't need a WOLips38, WOLips37 works fine with Eclipse 3.8.x, a lot > of people are doing it. > > More complete installation steps here: > > > > > http://wiki.wocommunity.org/display/documentation/Project+Wonder+Installa= tion > > > > > So I'm asking to you: where can i read about how to install WOLips38 > (or a more generical guide) from github into Eclipse? > > > > > > Thank you for reading. > > > > > > Greetings > > > _______________________________________________ > > > WebObjects-dev mailing list > > > [email protected] > > > http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/webobjects-dev > > > > > <http://filippolauria.netsons.org> --001a11c329e8b6315504db06437f Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr">2013/4/23 Pascal Robert <span dir=3D"ltr"><<a href=3D"m= ailto:[email protected]" target=3D"_blank">[email protected]><b= r><div class=3D"gmail_extra"><div class=3D"gmail_quote"><blockquote class= =3D"gmail_quote" style=3D"margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rg= b(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex">
Le 2013-04-23 =E0 08:03, Filippo Laur=ECa <<a href=3D"mailto:filippo.lau= [email protected]">[email protected]> a =E9crit :
<div class=3D"im">
>
> 2013/4/23 Pascal Robert <<a href=3D"mailto:[email protected]">prober= [email protected]>
> Hi,
>
> First, you should post to the WebObjects-Dev List <<a href=3D"mailt= o:[email protected]">[email protected]> ma= iling list, the OmniGroup mailing lists have been forgotten for years.
>
> Thank you for this information.
>
> > Hello everybody,
> >
> > I'm desperate because I'm tring to programming WebObjects= on my Ubuntu 12.10 without success.
> > I have Eclipse 4.2 Juno SR2 and I've already tried to install= plugins WOLips36 and WOLips42, but they did not work properly: they throw = NPE when i simply select WO component.
> >
> > So, thanks to Quinton Dolan suggestion, I wanted to install WOLip= s38.
