thank you very much for your answer.

At the moment we are suspecting that the new Windows "PowerShell" is =

used instead of the old "CMD" exe to execute the start script. This =

shell surrogate seems to handle parameters in a very strange way. =

Because the installation was done remote and the server is managed by =

the customer it is difficult to test this out.
