WO 5.1. Primary keys generation : how to use the Oracle sequences like in WO 4.5. ?

Hi,

We are migrating our applications from WO4.5 to 5.1.3.
(What a pleasure !!!)

Problem :
In 4.5, primary keys were created by the Oracle sequences. 
In 5.1, WO uses EO_PK_TABLE.
Question :

How to enforce WO5.1 to use the sequences ? We read some issues (TN2027)
about JDBC Plugin, but we don’t know what to do, which code to
implement.
