This is just a test app anyway, so I am not concerned about the  
licensing issues at this point - I just want to see if this works.

As per my previous email, the link below implies I just have to get the  
PostgresqlPlugin to build with some additional cocoa classes, so this  
may reduce to a more general cocoa-java build problem.
