I think the amount of traffic generated by this topic vs. recent traffic on
wo-talk vs. wo-talk traffic 3 or 4 years ago is a powerful statement about
the standing of WebObjects and Ruby on Rails and the community each
technology has (had?).

I don't want to get into the tit for tat, but I will say RoR is the first
technology in a long time to capture my imagination the way WO did. I'm sad
Java WO never really flourished, but I'm glad there is another elegant
solution to choose.
