Maybe.  I see a few problems.  One is that it works out to a rather  
low hourly rate.  For us, this would be a money losing opportunity.   
The second is that there may not be enough willing parties, so  
handling concurrent problems could be an issue.  Related to this is  
the problem of handling calls from the other time zones or  
internationally.  Ignoring issues like that, it sounds like my dream  
job.
