I (as an individual, not a company) will be willing to help porting EOEditingContext to work on top of Cayenne stack, not full time though. And of course I can help with various admin tasks. I totally agree with this approach. This is the only way one can leverage the vast existing code base. Otherwise there are other open source choices, so why bother with the port.
