how can i invalidate database objects in my application

I have some problem with my application.If i insert a row through one application,it will not immeadiatly reflect in other application.My project contains many applications.If I relaunch the application then only i can see the new object added through other application.But what i want is the new object must immeadiatly reflect in other applications also without the need of relaunch. any help/clues in this regard are welcome.and also its very urgent for me.So plz try on this and give your valuable suggestions on this.
