Using applets from within Webobjects

I am trying to use these two applets AudioButton.class  and 
AudioPlay.class as found on 
http://www.phon.ucl.ac.uk/home/mark/audio/play.htm (#7 and #8)
Any idea where the applets need to be saved on the server.

I would like to be able to controll the play of sound via javascript 
from all browsers on all platforms. 

Or if you have any other suggestions that would be great.
